Candy Purple is the most popular colour that I have seen in the 73 model(H2/A my model), gold was not a popular colour back then, the 72 model(H2) came in Candy Gold and Candy Blue, again the gold did not sell well either, hence why you see more Blue ones, then in 74/75 Candy Purple and Candy Green.

Yes, as you know purple was a very popular colour for cars in the 70s, jeez even I had a purple FC Holden Station wagon:Rolling:
Mate that paint job is amazing !!!!!!!
I think the gold is the ducks nuts ! :)
Thanks guys, I do like the gold better, actually I prefer the gold over the blue as well and besides, it was the original colour of the tank and ducktail, the side covers are off a 72 model in blue, I have an OEM blue side cover in the garage, that's never been fitted to a bike, still wrapped in the genuine Kawasaki oil paper, that will go on Ebay soon.
