no, I'm sure the unfortunate thing is the guy falling off, my mis identification of the model pales in comparison.;) Although the position of the shockies is probably the most significant difference between the two anyway. But as a person of knowledge on the subject perhaps you can enlighten me on the following, as my FXRS sport is a distant memory.
Panhead
Shovelhead
Evo or Blockhead
then we went to the 1450 which was called what?? And what are the ensuing engines called?
and I think Viper said it best to Maverick,,
"you're ego's writing cheques your body cant cash"
I dont think his hand off the bars had much to do with it,,
(though it explains his mental state pretty well:p)
once he touches down it unloads the front and thats all she wrote,, maybe some kevlar boots, titanium skidplates and a strong leg might have picked it up,, but then there was the barrier on the other side of the road,, which he probably hit anyway,,,
pity about the bike,,
its when the engine casing is the lowest point when lent over,,on most its the pegs that are lowest,, some footpegs have Hero tabs to let you know you're close,, and is the reason pegs pivot,,
Ahh. Understood.
I've never had a bike that would touch the engine cases to the ground - unless it was on its side.
I'm sure Crump can explain it all much better than me,,
I like to WATCH hero's,,,;):D
late edit--
so Crumpy,, what touches down first on a 850 Lemans?
the soggy tits or the handlebar end mirrors?
