    Jeffrey's Merc 180e

    Just thought I'd get some random threads up on other stuff non LR

    Here is Jeffrey's merc, he's getting me to make gearbox crossmember and engine mounts for, its a 3.9 and celica 5 speed....so kinda LR related

    Its a TIGHT fit

    Hes a little bit mad .No he picked it up for a good price and i guess the merc needed a little more power. How do you think the exhaust will go either side Matt?

    Damn tight fit, needs rack and pinion, but anyhow, its in, lots of hours to get the right posi, every mm counts

    Rovercare any comments on Merc 180C
    up here I dont get many good second hand cars and I have found a 1999 180C with 75000 ks on it it looks perfect and I need something to replace my wifes old Subaru. Prices seems ok for where I live
    Are they a good thing or a bad thing.

    To be honest, I have no idea, I know nothing about mercs, Nor do I really want to
