lots of rust penitration oils or loctite freeze can.
i wouldn't drive a commodore with loose nuts as the studs arent all that good and the pannels are easily damage when the wheels fall off.
often had these so tight that the timber board damaged the rim when struck with the big hammer.i once popped the bead and still didnt get the wheel off.
plenty of silver never seize on the spigiot so it wont get stuck again.

Don't give up yet!
There is one thing you have not tried, Explosives.
A mate used to remove 200mm id bearings from shafts in underground mining by raping a sausage around said shaft and bang, no bearing.
Therefore, using the formula PE4 (plenty of extra formula) rap / pack as much as you can fit behind the wheel and behold!
This is guaranteed to remove the car from the rim and should make fitting an areal simple too...
Whats the worst that can happen!?!
For a less complex fix just park it up in a rough part of town and they will be of in 5mins flat! Then all you have to do is buy them back on ebay!
