Hi Guys.
A mate is trying to fix his brothers Murano.The CVT has died,ie no drive.
A quick google soon reveals that these gearboxes are bad news,whith plenty of failures which require a new box.
Mate has been quoted $15000 to fit a new one to the vehicle which is only worth $11000
Anybody rebuilt one???
He is getting codes P0720 and P0746 wich refer to a missing speed signal and low line pressures.It seems failed CVTs also display the same fault codings.
