94 Camry oil leak inside distributor

My daughter's Camry has been a chronic leaker of oil from various places, I pulled the distributor out last weekend to replace the big O-ring where the dizzy goes into the head, found that the dizzy cap and inside the dist were full of oil also. I want to strip the distributor down and replace the shaft seal rather than buy a new or reco distributor, but have been unable to source a seal or kit.
Anyone know what seal is needed, or where I can source a kit for the distributor? Would be good if I can have the parts on hand before I pull it apart as she needs the car daily for work.

Got the distributor stripped down this evening and located the little seal on the distributor shaft that is the culprit. would still appreciate any leads on where to source the seal from, I'll be trying BJ Bearings tomorrow. Toyota only supply the distributor as a complete unit and the aftermarket parts places I've tried can only supply a reco distributor. The shaft is grooved, would be great if I could source one of those as well, otherwise I'll give it a tiny skim in the lathe.

My wife has a 93 2.2 Camry and the dissy collection I have for it is growing. One interesting fault I've found in two of them is the suppressor capacitor melting and shorting out. The first one took out the main EFI fuse, fun to diagnose, the second one hadn't quite died but was causing intermittent bad running. I cut off the wire to the suppressor on the first dissy and threw it back in sans suppressor. No oil leaks inside of either. I've got another one or two from when my bro scrapped his family collection of Camrys. PM me if you want one for bits or practice.

Thanks, I'll see how I go getting an oil seal for it and see if that stops the derrick. Might take you up on a spare to rob the shaft from if it still leaks. Haven't seemed to have any electrical problems with it yet.
What sort of money have you been paying for new / reco distributor?

So far, I haven't bought a new/reco dissy. All have been second hand. Having been around cheap old cars for nearly 40 years I have no love for anything other than OEM new or low mileage used. Reco means someone's fiddled with it.

And now I'm fiddling with this one! Just ordered a viton seal, car now off the road til Friday so back to mum & dad's taxi service. After breaking the bank to get myself out of old cars, I'm still keeping 4 kid's old bombs going.
Hope Tormod's having a good run with the rangie.
