Just started a new job and one of the first jobs is to rebuild an engine in a case w63 loader. Now the problem being I have no acess to a manual for specs like the height of the wet liners or any tensions. The job is straight forward enough apart from 10 of 12 exhaust manifold bolts broken, got 8 out so far. Been looking on line for a manual but no luck yet so some pointers in the right directing would be great,

Sorry I haven't replied sooner but the keyboard buggered up on my laptop, bloody alt key was stuck. Anyway as it turns out it seems we may be able to access a online service manual through the group suppling his parts. This engine is a mess, it has cavitation disease bad, not only the liners but also the line for the top oring
