    Wheel bearing kit for front of for 2002 Au falcon

    Hi

    bit of a minefield trying to find something of quality i am finding

    i want to buy a front wheel hubs kit for my son for his birthday

    anyone know a decent place to buy good quality at reasonable price?

    i asked at supercrud as they were the only ones still open and the lad there didn't know chalk from cheese...

    If your only chasing a set of bearings and hub seals try your local bearing/industrial supply shop.
    You will need the veichle build date etc., so they can check thier books for part numbers.

    Its not that easy kyle as in most cars these days they are a sealed for life unit= throw away

    It's rather sad, really, the more modern a vehicle, the shorter the life span. 'Bout time you bought a Series 1, Pedro.

    On the wheel bearing thing, the VR's hubs are a sealed unit. To change the bearing, you change the hub. I thought most modern cars were like that. I would have expected the AU to be like that too.
