If you are transferring the running gear as well - no major problems. If just the chassis, and keeping everything else, there are significant problems. Engine, gearbox mounts, steering gear, position of front crossmember, I think, depending on model, fuel tank brackets, and probably a few other items. But the main body dimensions and attachment points are identical. You need to check your legal situation as well - in Australia it would be seen as putting a 2a body on a Series 3 chassis, and there would be significant problems as a result (design rules for flush hinges, padded dash etc)
