Grinding Noise From Front Passenger Side on Startup
Little bit of a weird one... the last couple of days the Front Passenger Wheel makes a nice sort of Grinding Noise when I first start the car and do the "U Turn" to get out of our driveway.
It's only first thing, or when the car has been stopped for probably 3-4 hours plus in the cold ete. I'm just trying to work out whether it's Wheel Bearings or something ABS ete. I've just changed the Accumulator to see if that had any effect (Made the Brakes better, but problem still exists).
Anyone had a similar thing happen?

I had a strange rattle noise from under the car going on at start up, turns out it is the catalytic converters, time to replace in nigh!
Are you sure it's the front wheel? Very hard to tell while you are driving.
Get someone to drive it slowly for you in the conditions the noise is present, while you are standing near the offending wheel to make sure.

Check the front mudflap. If you have "ever so slightly" larger tyres fitted, they can rub on the mudflap when turning if the EAS is down a bit (which it can be on the first start of the day). You can easily see a rub mark on the inner area if it is this.
We have 255/60/18s on ours & it does this on access mode or just coming off it.

Tyre Sizes are normal, and its definitely not the Cat....
It didn't do it this morning, I think it might be some function of the Traction Control or something....
Its very much a Metal Grinding Sound... much like the Brake Pad Low Grinding Noise.

Clark you are hilarious
No Issues with Brake Pads, funnily enough noise has disappeared in the last 3 x mornings starting up, so I'm hoping its something to do with Braking/Traction Control and perhaps an air pocket in oil or something.
Will see if it happens again.
