    Brake Accumulator Replaced

Following a link on RangeRovers.net, last week I ordered, from the UK, new Wabco accumulator for my P38A. Cost was A$164 delivered (airmail) - much cheaper than LR. The exchange rate is good!

I fitted it yesterday - no bleeding necessary. No longer do I have to wait for the brakes to pump up.

Got the link to the RR.net page you ordered it from? May come in handy in the future for me!

Just got one of these in a few days ago. How simple is the fitting? Looking at RAVE it involves depressurising this and that, and bleeding etc...

Or is it as simple and unscrew and screw on?

Someone also told me something about pressing the brake pedal 30 times until it went flat to floor before swapping it out?

I concur with Ron, I got the same thing from the same place for the same price a few months back and installed it w/o bleeding and no problems.
