Thread: Battery failure!! After 13 months!!

I replaced a bomag roller battery this weeknot holding charge after 2yrs.the vehicle is parked over christmas and has an isolator.each year they have a few weeks of not wanting to start coldone battery i tried charging and hasnt come good.

roughly the same size as what you have.it was hard to get one to fit in the battery clamp due to the center post and a fuse holder on the clamp.

the original was a glass mat century but i typed in the number and it doesnt come up.one was listed as 930 CCA RC200 but the rest is the ame.

the new battery came from super charged and was lead acid.the casing looks like an old CAT batery.the important bit was $140.
sealed no maintenence-has a glued in cover over what looks like dry charge style battery.

Well i am happy to report that they refunded me the cost of the new battery and replaced the failed battery even though it was two weeks over warranty. So a big public thanks to century batterys australia for caring about their customer's woes and also to Battery World cannon hill (Brisbane) for their excellent customer service, i recommend them.

So now i have a big honking 950cca and 200rc battery back and RR is running fine.

Nice to hear, it's good to know that there's still companies out there tgat care about their customers.
