    Grille painting outcome P38

    Painted my grille yesterday. Mine looked awful, that "Forever black" stuff recommended everywhere is crap, or at least didnt work for me. I cleaned it with soapy water, air dried, repaired some cracks with epoxy, primed with two light coats of spraycan plastic primer, then two black coats of plastic spray paint.

    Looks good. I was thinking about whether to spray in plastic like yours or colour code it to the rest of the car when I eventually tackle the bonnet
