    In relation to the subject of re-chipping, I would strongly suggest the better option is a haltech interceptor. This can be programmed to suit your own vehicle now or changed in the future and can run a separate map for petrol and LPG if that is required. Also cheaper from memory.

    What options did you settle on?

    Remember if you what more power and torque you need more capacity - think about a stroker kit - see Bruce Davis tor TRS Spares but don't expect much change out of 10-12K fitted. Obviously if you have a good machinist and can fit it yourself than it will be cheaper. Changing cams and getting better heads TENDS to shift your power/torque curves rather than increase them. Porting and flowing heads with bigger valves etc can give you a few extra horses but that tends to be in the higher rev range where it typically isn't needed for a 4WD unless yours is going to be strictly a hwy vehicle where you might be able to use it. Also remember the gearbox behind it .
