Throttle cable slack? Maybe try from the engine bay end of the cable.
Last night I noticed that when I am watching the Faultmate real time values and I push the accelerator all the way to the floor, it only reads 85%. Does that mean my TPS is broken/worn? Or maybe just malaligned? Can anyone confirm that their FM is showing 100% for that setting.

it depends on which injection system you have, 85% is ok some read slighly less than that.
Its a Thor Bosch system. Ill check the cable slackness in the morning.

OBDII scanner agreed with FM, only 85% throttle.
With the throttle pedal down all the way, I could move the butterfly manually at the throttle body all the way to 95% (as read by the OBDII scanner). So I adjusted the throttle cable and got it to 93%, which is better than 85%.
I guess all our throttle cables are likely to be getting stretched slowly over time and since they are all getting over a decade old its worth adjusting the throttle cable.
