These are 10 y.o very complex luxury cars with a number of known expensive problem areas. They are getting to the stage where the general used trade doesn't want them. Their market place, like all old luxo wagons, is in private sales. I am surprised that so much is being asked for them.
Luxury/prestige cars usually depreciate badly after 3-4 years (initial lease period) and when old and cheap become very hard to sell as the people who can now afford to buy them, can't afford to maintain/repair them.
Worst example I can think of were the first BMW V12's. $265,000 new. $125,000 at 4-5 years, under $10,000 at 8-9 years, virtually unsaleable at 10+ years at any price due to high running costs.
