Replaced my Radius arm bushes today.
For a 95 model with original bushes i was quiet impressed with the condition of them. I only replaced the drivers side as i stuffed one bush before i learned the trick to getting them in.
The radius arm is about 58mm ID and the bush is 61.3mm, i would say that LR has a tapered guide to put the bush in so that it gets squeezed in.
I used a Utilux clamp about 3-4mm from the end to be pressed in first.
Filed a slight taper on the leading edge as well and pressed them in.
To get the old one out is pretty easy as the outside of the bush is some sort of composite nylon/plastic. I just ran a 4 mm drill bit down the out side of the bush in 4 spots and knocked it out with a soft hammer.
I wasnt expecting to have to drop the sway bar down at the front not having to disconnect the link arm on the drivers side you have to do this to get the bolts out of the radius arms.
Time for one on his own was about 3 hours all finished.
To do both sides would be about 4 hours me thinks.
