    That article is sort-of correct...

EAS height is measured from the centre of the wheel cap to the underside of the guard.

So, if Standard height is measured at 470mm:

    • Low/Highway height is 25mm lower than Standard, so 445mm
    • Access height is 65mm lower than Standard, so 405mm
    • High height is 40mm above Standard, so 510mm

This is for the front corners. Add another 10mm for the rear corners.

Make a note of the potentiometer readings in EAS Unlock before you make any changes.

    Cheers, Paul.

    Thanks Paul
    The EAS king

Bit late on the changes but was not to hefty as We just chose one of the heights and made them all the same . When I get it all working we will work through the heights.

Now the wiring on the valve block is correct but when I tell it to turn the pump on and this is from empty it leaves the front pass side on the bump stops and just keeps pumping um the drivers rear side. The other 2 go up a bit. About half the back one. Matt

    If trying to level the RR from an empty tank situation it is a good idea to;
Start the engine and leave a door open and let the RR sit for a good ten minute. This will fill the air receiver to set point, shut the door and the EAS should find its mark pretty quickly.

Do a search on EAS Calibration ---there's a lot of info. Also read through http://www.aulro.com/afvb/p38a-range...procedure.html (Post #5 for DIY calibration blocks) ...

Matt, if you use EAS Unlock can you change the height of each corner individually using the up/down arrows on the tab with pic of the car? This will confirm that the correct solenoids are working.

My issue is that the pump does not engage at all without turning it on manually. my issue is when running on manual or easunlock manual it just fills up the back 2 bags with nothing on the front.

    I think I have 3 issues here.

1.EAS pressure switch, compressor not engaging full stop.
    2. EAS ECU playing up.
    3. EAS driver unit on the valve block

does anyone have one or all of the above that I can borrow for diagnostic elimination?

    also open to other suggestions?
