Small pop and a hiss. EAS grrrrrrrr

Hi inflating manually as I still cant get it to engage itself. From empty with my compressor in the shed with about 40lbs on pressure in the tank I heard a bit of a pop then hissing noise. Any tips on what happened here. I had been at full height for a while today while I was trying to work out why it is only pumping up the back and not the front.

I have tried a search but I can't get a result for EAS as it is only 3 letters.

Can the airline pull out of the Bag?

    Cheers

    Matt

    Hi Matt
you ought to read newrremedies and get a good understanding. A pop and hiss sounds like an airline has come adrift. You ought also carefully check connections to the valve block if back and front do not rise simultaneously...there's a heap of references to the EAS on this forum as well as RANGEROVERS.NET HOME
    good luck with it

Airlines are detachable from the air spring, they have the same push fitting as the EAS block. I doubt very much one has popped out on its own but still possible. More likely that a weak spot in one of the airlines has burst. Is it evident which corner is sagging? If there is a major leak the spring will deflate pretty quickly

Bellow popped off. Reseated with a bit of rubber grease.
