    Hi Wayne, I have about 4 facias, complete with switches. You can get the correct switch cheap if I have it. PM or call me on 0414 678 888 and tell me exactly which one you want. I agree with fantom, take the facia off properly and do it properly. You have to take out binnacle surround, side kick panels, HEVAC and radio, but its all only half hour of work and done without any damage if careful. Call me for some tips if you want.

    Thanks for your inputs. I have had my dash apart that many times its not funny. My biggest issue is that the top switch panel is falling to bits at the edges thanks to others attempts to remove and refit. There is not one solid fixing left. With much glue and tape it is held in place nicely at the moment so I dont want to disturb it. Looks like I will have to get myself a replacement top dash.

    as Ron said - feeler guages top and bottom to hit the tabs:
