Door latch replacing
Hi,
sitting in Sweden and looking for advices on how best replacing my right hand side front door latch? It's a left hand driven P38 from 1999, 4.6 liters. I'v been told that this specific door latch runs the rear opening knob. It's there my problem actually is. Sometimes the rear knob is "dead" and I have to climb the back seat. Not so easy any more
Thanks,

You have to remove the door card to gain access to the internals. Fairly easy to do once screws are removed. The outer handle can be removed with a torque screw just behind the door skin at the rear of the door. You should see what's wrong then. I had issue with right hand drive drivers door handle where the ally lever on end of barrel had snapped. Easy to see once you gain access.
