Supposedly it's built and was either waiting for shipping or in its way. I'm sure you'll get it before then. I bought from Penrith because I asked him if he could get a Runva winch and he said no but they are a great winch for the money. Rather than another outlet that said you get what you pay for, hey buy a Warn for 12 grand lol.

So he seemed like a guy that wouldn't bull**** to me.

Sprayed my wheels matt black with a latex paint so it'll come off if I decide I don't like it. Thought it might match the XROX bar when it turns up.

With a keen eye in the pic attached you can see I got a little carried away with the whole non permanent latex paint ha ha.

Poser daytime pics to follow once the bar is on.

Yeh I'm not so sure about the racing number 1 on the side and the Strange Rover decals on the bonnet though.

Ha ha. Yeh probably not. The windows are too high to jump through.

    Looks good.

Will you be fixing the XROX bar your self? I would be interested to see the instructions they supply... I have the car they used as a template.

I am back in Australia now so can get you further photos if you need it.

Well I'm close to ordering my bar but just thought I'd ask of your thoughts before ordering.

Are you happy with how the tubes goes over and round the guards? Some ways I like the idea as it'll help the front quarter a little with protection but just not sure how far they actually stick out.

Do you have any side on pics of the whole car and bar?

Any insider info on the rock sliders or rear bar?

Have you fitted a winch to yours? If so what did you fit? I'm looking at the Runva 12,000LB, or the Runva 11XP or the Tigerz11 Grande all with rope... Just not sure how well the Runva 12,000LB will fit as its got a fairly large body on it.

    Thanks, Peter.
    Hi Peter

Sorry about the delay. I have been in the UK....

I love the bar and think it suits an off road p38.

Photos should be included although they make the car look higher at the front than the back??? The car is at standard road height on air bags.

No winch yet but I am looking at the warn 10,000lb one with dynema. According to Outback accessories it will fit the warn 12,000 winches.

As for the rock sliders and rear bar no news yet but I am a bit broke at the moment as I have just moved house and lost my job :-(

    Enjoy the bar

Looks to me more than than bar making the car higher at the front. It looks like it actually is. Unless it's an optical illusion. Can you adjust your eas settings?

Are you planning to trim your wheel arches? Looks great, but reckon it needs a few house keeping items. Don't mean to be negative.
