    "Sunroof not set"

I had the battery disconnected for some welding work a couple of weeks ago and since re-connecting I got the usual 'window not set' message for all four windows which was fixed by fully lowering and then fully raising each of them, one at a time. However, the 'sunroof not set' just won't go away after multiple attempts at fully opening and closing as well as the raising and lowering, does anyone know if there is a special trick to resetting this message?
I have a Nanocom Evo II if there's anywhere amongst its menus and options that this can be forcibly reset.

Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

Pretty sure you have to slide it back and hold the button down until you get a beep from the dash? I've done this a couple if times without issue. Give that a go.

It needs to go all the way back, then closed, then tilt up & finally tilt down before it will set.
