I think that is related to an after market rear bar. Best take it off and give to me so I can diagnose if it effects my car as well..

Chasing mu fault still!
I have replaced
MAF, O2 sensors and fuel pump.
I also cleaned all the LPG connectors which corrected my misfire, perhaps some more cleaning is in order?
Full text is;
P0172 = MIXTURE ADAPTION FACTOR FRA
BANK 1 DRIVE CYCLE C
OCCURED 3 TIMES
SIGNAL TOO HIGH
FAULT IS CURRENTLY PRESENT
FAULT DETERMINED AS INTERMITTENT
FAULT CAUSES THE MIL LAMP
ACTIVATION

This error only seems to occur on LPG, perhaps I need another LPG tuneup to make sure it is adjusted for the new MAF and O2 sensors?
I am also going to double check for vacuum leaks

I would get a tune up done on the LPG system. Although I am not familiar with that exact fault, obdii systems are supposed to monitor the O2 sensors to validate changes they make to fuel trim. If the LPG is running rich for example, the Ecu will read the O2 sensors and try to compensate by changing injector pulse. If the LPG system is not controlled via the Ecu inj pulse, the change will not have any effect on he actual fuel mix and the Ecu wont see a corresponding change from the O2 and may. flag a fault.

What are the LTFT saying for both banks?
I have this fault as well. I am starting to think that the LPG system which is soldered into the Engine ECU loom to grab O2 sensor feeds is affecting the voltage/resistance of that signal line and confusing the closed loop feedback system. I only say this, because I like you, have replaced all the offeding sensors to no avail. My problem is both banks, so it could also be inlet manifold, but no leaks have been detected there...

I cured my misfire by cleaning all the LPG connectors with deoxit, but I noticed a couple more today which I will clean tomorrow.
I used to have it on both banks and I am remember the LPG guy upped the fuel maps a bit to get rid of those "too lean" errors
This one I believe is a "too rich" error so maybe another LPG tweak is needed
