Thread: Additional temp sensor location, Bosch

Hi

As many of you know I am in the process of fitting an electric fan to my P38.

I feel I have found the perfect location for an additional sender, in the T-Piece at the top inlet hose.

The plan is to get one fabricated from aluminium with a spot to attach the temp sensor.

I note you cannot buy the t-piece by itself, it comes as part of the top hose.

I have made a drawing and was hoping someone may have this t-piece lying around and can confirm my measurements.
