Struck another hurdle
I was changing the vac hoses on my cruise this morning. I wanted to take of the panel underneath the steering column when lo and behold the plastic caps that have to be taken off have been glued on.
I pried them of and some blue glue has been stuck to them. I cant see if they are bolts are screws to take the panel off. I was trying to replace the long hose but cant get the panel off.
Any ideas as to what to do and, is this normal.

cross head screw heads if original, I have encountered 8mm ( I think ) hex heads. They are never very tight, should be a very easy task to get that panel off. The finishing covers over the screws should pop off exposing the screw heads

Pete38 is winning. You can buy them, but I haven't given it would stand me close to $100.
