    If the end result is that it will not start with the correct EKA check the lock again as if the lock is not working the EKA will not either....good luck

    If you set off the alarm, you may have to wait half an hour before you can enter the eka code. At least that is what happened on mine a few years ago. It says something about it in the user manual I believe.

    If EKA-less '95. Insert key into drivers side door lock, press either lock or unlock on the key fob, turn anticlockwise with button down and hold for 3 seconds. Return to centre. Turn clockwise with button down for 3 seconds, return to centre, release button and remove key.
    This should resync BECM and EMS.
