Hi guys, has anyone had dramas before with front drivers window reaching the bottom position and for a few seconds after seams like its still trying to pull window down? I can hear the door creaking. Is there a stopper I can adjust at all?...

 cheers

Does the window get to the bottom and make a banging sound?
It could just be something loose inside the door.
I had the same problem last year, turned out to be the window regulator.
It looks like a big pair of scissors inside the door cavity, there is a toothed section that is always at the end of window travel that gets worn over time.
The gear slips on the worn section and makes a banging sound when the window is at the end of its travel.
It is always the drivers window, as that is the one that gets used the most.
It's a pretty straight forward DIY fix, I did mine in a couple of hours last year.
I had a great link to the repair details, but that link is dead now, can't find it.
You have to drill out the rivets holding the regulator in place to remove the old regulator.
Some guys replace the rivets with bolts, which I did, but found they kept coming loose, so I ended up using the rivets and it has been fine since.
 Hope that helps!

Hi PeterH, mate it doesn't make a bang at all .It seams to just keep pulling after it hits the stop. It may be my imagination.

I've noticed mine creeks lightly for a brief moment when its all the way down. I just assumed it was just settling in place and the motors had stalled like they were meant to.
