EAS valve block diagram - thanks Paul

    Hi All,

I got stuck with my valve block overhaul and was saved by Paul's schematic:

    https://www.dropbox.com/s/7k9yv70gi2...5.pdf'dl=0

    I had swapped solenoids 6 and 7 .....

Thanks Paul - I was able to follow the wires from solenoid to multiplug and correct the error.

I hope it's ok top post the link here, if not, please delete it.

    Cheers

Sure Ron, use the copy in Spiggy's post, or the source at
    [ame]http://hardrange.com/downloads/manual/EAS-ValveBlock-v1.5.pdf[/ame]

I may yet update the EAS Valve Block Rebuild Guide over the Chrissy break, and will re-home the diagram from hardrange.com to paulp38a.com.
hardrange.com isn't going anywhere yet, but I won't be maintaining it much any more, just keep security patched and host updated.

    Cheers, Paul.

I used Paul's diagram when I did mine. Got me out of a right pickle.
Don't know if I thanked you at the time, so Thanks Paul!

awesome diagram, will help me when I do my rebuild of valve block.

I sprayed soapy water around looking for leaks and I have leaking seals on the dryer and I had bubbles coming out of the top of the valve block between the non return valve and main block and also had bubbles come out of the exhaust silencer, so I think I need to replace orings.

Question is what size orings are they or where's the best place to get a kit made up.

    regards

    Shane

ive cheched it out further and its only leaking from the tank return line and my front left airbag at the valve block

does anyone know the sizes of these o rings

im guessing that inside diameter would be 8mm and 6mm but I need the thickness of both

ive been to 3 range rover specialists and none of them know the size, just get a kit off ebay they say.
problem is the kits in England and I need to get mobile ASAP.

    thanks

    Hey Shane,
Sometimes the pipe gets scored and then leaks, just pull it out and have a look.
The other thing to get is a set of schrader valves, you can disable the EAS and then pump each corner manually.
