The idler pulley is steel, the tensioner pulley is composite.

I bought a QT diff guard locally from RovaCraft. Unfortunately, the studs on a P38A diff are different to that shown in the parts manual and are too short to enable the diff guard to be bolted on. As a result, the guard sits in the cupboard in the garage.

I forgot to say in my wish list post, I recognise that most of the big items really will be not able to be done. The market is too small in Oz. However, some items may be saleable overseas.

For example, the no longer available Specialty Devices roof rack is highly desirable. The local custom-made racks are expensive but just not attractive.

For the smaller items, the problem for any local company is that the price has to be low enough that tightwads like me won't buy overseas. If the price is comparable, I'll always buy locally.

I'd love a custom made positive battery terminal that would take the two existing cables but allow one to add other cables for accessories - some thing like this but actually designed to fit with the P38A cables.

My positive terminal (sorry about lousy pic):

EAS bypass with pressure gauge on the main tank is a nice option. I've already got one on my car but would see it as an easy and light one for shipping O/S as well as local.

    Good luck with your venture

The two EAS bypass kits I have allow only for the 4 airsprings in the aluminium block (I'll take a pic later). If there were 5 Schrader valves with the 5th being for the reservoir, it would be easy to have a small pressure gauge on the end of the block with an airway to the 5th circuit.

I'll do a sketch later and add it to this post.

Check out these terminals from Projecta

    http://www.projecta.com.au/Products/...Terminals.aspx

I have a pair of the BT-820 ones on mine and they are excellent. I ranone cable to a power distribution block one of the ones the car stereo "doof brigade" use. That gives me four or five high current outlets.

    I'll post some pics tomorrow

    Hmm, interesting.

I had a thought this arvo about silver soldering a neutral link onto the P38A positive terminal. Fusing is then the issue.

Another option is the Narva 54431 fuse block with a heavy attachment to the +ve terminal.
