Urgent Help Needed! Jammed throttle body

I was in the process of taking the throttle body off to replace the anti icing plate underneath but I seem to have jammed my throttle body. It is stuck in the off position. Does anyone know what I've done and how to fix it? It is a Bosch Engine. Thanks.

got it sorted. Some grime must have glued it in place. Good thing I'm doing the job!

What's the opinion on whether the de-icing mechanism actually fulfils a useful purpose - yes I know how it works but many other engines do not have these fitted and they all seem to work oK.

Mine has been bypassed since before I had my P38, I've had it for 10 years and in that time it has never caused an issue.
Probably good to have if you are going to the snow though.
