    Fuel economy

    Hi folks,
I went for a bit of a drive today, and coming home I pressed the button and very excited to see 10.8 come up doing about 105kmh on the flat. I am very happy with that. I will be doing a big drive tomorrow, with a tandem car trailer in tow. I bought a big milling machine, so I will be bringing that home. My air suspension is starting to play up a bit so I will have to check for leaks next week. I see the forum has been quiet of late so I take it all your P38's are running perfectly, otherwise you would be posting on here.
    Regards,
    Alan Temperley

    : Fuel economy

    Hi Folks,
well it was a big day on Sunday, driving down to pick up the milling machine with the tandem car trailer in tow doing about 105kph the P38 was doing 16.2 liters per 100 ks. On the way home with a bloody big lump of iron on the trailer it was doing 22.5 liters per 100ks. still not too bad, as I was averaging about 90 kph. The average for the whole trip was 20.5 lt per 100 ks, I am very happy with that. It must have looked pretty ugly going down the road. Unfortunately we ran into some rain on the way home and although I did have a tarp over the mill some rain did get in so a lot of cleaning and oiling today.
    Regards,
    Alan
