Not really. It is a high pressure, low volume system which relies on exhausted air to cleanse the air dryer cannister. Tyre inflation is low pressure, high volume and is one way. Remember, your air reservoir is only 9 litres. However, you could replace the EAS compressor with one designed for tyre inflation and to fit in the engine bay (ARB make a great dual compressor widely used in Australia). But it is problematic whether you should just simply inflate each tyre direct from the ARB compressor or through the air tank. As the ARB compressor doesn't filter the air like the EAS one, moisture will enter the air tank if you do not add special filters and water traps.
