Not sure if I'm allowed in here as I own 2 RR classics....
BUT you can get a kit from Rangie Renovations in the US that contains all the O-rings to overhaul the EAS valve block PLUS all the ones for the springs and the tank. Even if you have no intention of pulling out the valve block and stripping it down, you would have all the spring O-rings and could put the rest away for the day when it goes pear-shaped. I did mine recently and the kit was only about $40 or thereabouts landed, had it in a week from ordering.

I also bought a kit from Rover Renovations and did the air bags and valve block. I also replaced the compressor piston ring with a new one bought from them. That has fixed the problems with the suspension.

Some of the old O-rings were so hard and brittle that they snapped when removed.

I'll go out and measure some of the (good) old ones for you

I think i'll just get the kit, i didn't know i could buy a kit for it. I have spoken to rover down here and they are useless. They told me the block can't be serviced and has to be replaced.

See Range Rover Air Suspension repair, advice and troubleshooting by Rover Renovations.

and Valve Block Rebuild Oring Kit (contains the airspring O-rings)

    http://www.rover-renovations.com/Air...r3731-seal.htm

Disregard the bad review on that page. That must be the only bad comment I've heard. Dennis is on the RangeRover.net forum (aka shupack) and, as I'm one of the site Admins, I'd have heard if there were problems with him.

Dennis was very prompt with my order. When he later found he had a bad batch of compressor rings (hole slightly oversize), he sent me a replacement.

You've gotta love the fact that Land Rover's solution to a split O-ring inside the valve block is to sell you a new valve block- what's the dealer price, around $700.00?. The overhaul is a very straightforward process. I noticed the negative review on the rover renovations site- certainly wasn't my experience.

No they told me just over $1200, Then when i asked for just the o ring i was told that you can't buy in the right size so i have to get a new block.

It took me 1 week to find a place that had the right size o rings then a week to get some in. every where i went kept pulling the same 4 kits out and telling me these are all the sizes of o rings you can get.
