Traction Control
every now and then, I get a Traction Control fault coming up, after switching off the engine, it seems to reset' itself and goes on happy until the next time.
I've not had it on constantly as yet, any ideas?, thanks.

When exactly does the light come on? Under what circumstances does it happen?

I would be checking the wheel sensors first. Also check your wheel bearings. Do you have a large amount of brake pedal travel? Does your pedal sit higher after you pump it acouple of times. Both are sypmtoms of loose or worn bearings and the free play can push the sensor out to far. Jack the car up and hold the top and bottom of each wheel and try to rock them to and fro. You should feel some movement but if they move more than a couple of millimeters you need to sort them. Compare each wheel, you will soon what a loose one feels like if you find it.
Once your wheel bearings are checked/replaced push the sensors in as far as they will go by hand. When the wheel turns they will self adjust. Then see what happens

driving over the past few days, some of it country side, the Traction Control fault seems to come up when I 'bump' the front right wheel, such as a small pot hole, or reversing over a curb, so it seems to be movement in the sensor.
I have not had the wheels off yet, will do so a little further down the track.
