I reckon you're on to something there Hoges. I measured the heights on mine tonight and noticed a 30mm variation at the rear. Also noticed that the air line for the rear locker had been zip tied to the pas side potentiometer (sp?) arm - I'm not comfortable with that.
Another job for the weekend - get out the EAS diag cable and laptop.
Maybe I should clean all the dried mud off the height sensors and arms too?

It should have a soft fault if one of the sensors isn't working and your EAS will let you know about that. I have been listening to that friendly chip for a little while until replacing the sensor courtesy of Andy and now it is back to working as it should.

While stopped in the shopping centre car park today I timed the pump in my P38 as in a cycle of running for about 15 seconds with a gap of about 25 seconds before starting to run again. Is this he normal cycle ?
I'm not sure that a soft fault in the sensors will bring up an error message. GrahamP38A had that problem and we only found it be pulling his sensors off and checking them.
Hi 3toes - sounds like you might have a leak somewhere. Does it make any difference to the frequency of the pump running whether you've got your foot on the brake?Quote:
