Wreck it Andy. You know they are worth less than the labour you'd put into it to get it back on the road.

Hilarious it's like vulchers around a carcass!

Andy, i'm keen for lots on this too! ABS pump, bits and pieces of interior trimming, rear bumper, aircon compressor etc.

    I'll be waiting on Ebay...

    Is it Rioja or Alveston?
1999 should be Rioja but it looks like Alveston in the picture.

You guys are making my decision hard. I think if the car had no damage, and had 50000kms, your opinions would not be any different.

Oh well, such is life... one day I'll get a nice set of grey or black leather seats for it... no rush really and there are several more pressing issues that I should be attending to on the Rangie anyway.

Have done a bit of research on dyeing leather tan seats to grey or black and it seems that while it can be done, it will be a long time before the new dye stops rubbing off on your clothes... and then it will be time to do it again. Better off to wait until the right coloured seats come along, or consider changing over all the interior panels to tan as well.

Willem - the seat squab is pretty average. Not sagging too much but the stitching is starting to fray in a couple of spots.
