Apparently, but I haven't heard from them in ages.

I'm still hopeful that "Andrew e" is going to use my car as the prototype for his snorkel design.... hint

Saturday 22-Aug perhaps, if I can get a leave pass

I'll put the 33"s on for the trip and we can mark out the cut lines on the guards for the next "operation" if you like?

    g'day,

well guys let me know how it goes i would be very interested in hearing/seeing it.

in other news i got bogged last night in a sludgy creek bed i tried to take it diagonal and well the front sunk and the nose hit the ground so i gave it a bit more gas and it looked like i was gonna make it....then as i was coming back outta the creek still diagnol the back end swung round and started digging in and well i got stuck! ahaha so rang the old man up and he came down with his modified land rover (4.6L with 3.9L heads and a CAM) and well he just looked at me and laughed then snatched me out....

that was my night last night

lesson learned dont travel across creek beds when its just been raining by yourself!

we are all thinking/thought about it and have some ideas/proposals, and intend to manufacture said article when the bloody vehicle gives us some time to do so. ie. when other bits stop breaking
nice to see your not afraid to get it dirty...well done on getting another landy to do the recovery.

haha yeah i completely understand where your coming from i fixed a dif leak, then two days later my oil return lines started leaking...and i randomly loose all my water for no apparent reason.

on another note if i can manage to find someone here in vic to make me one i shall document the whole procedure! start to finish so if people like the way it is they can see how it was done.

    Thanks,

    Mike
