For those of you wanting more/faster air for your EAS, here's a pic of the Thomas air compressor I installed in my Rangie today

There is a write-up of how I installed it over at EAS Compressor Replacement PaulP38A.com

It is faster alright - four and a half minutes to inflate the tank from empty

It is also bigger and noisier than the original unit. With a bit of persuasion, and using the old compressor as a donor it fits in the EAS box, but the lid won't close. Think I'll just cut a hole in the top of the lid so at least the sides are protected from water splashes.

The noise and vibration hasn't bothered me yet. For those who have seen/heard my car, you know it's not the quietest Rangie around thanks to the dual exhaust system

Cheers, Paul.
