    Head Rests

    Hi All
Quick question on the front head rests, I just got a P38 and the front head rest don't have an adjustment. The rear ones have that button you push but the front ones don't have this button, is this normal ? The one on the passenger side is right down and mine is up and I can't lower it for my head position. Is there something I'm missing , this vehicle has more secrets than a magician ..lol any help would be appreciated. I posted some photos of my new toy under New P38.

They're electric & operated by lifting the tilt(?) switch.

Can I be pedantic? The items under discussion are head restraints, not head rests. They are there to minimise or prevent whiplash injuries to the neck. They were mandated under the ADR's to be fitted to new vehicles from beginning 1972.

Thanks Scott you're correct I found the magic button, and Brian you're also correct they are head restraints not head rests, very technical ..lol but correct. Thanks to all you guys with your help it's great having this help here, I'm sure it won't be the last time I ask. There's so much to learn about these machines.
