What it is better for exercise, a kinetic road machine (indoor Bicycle Trainers) or a common indoor exercise bike?
Will be used only for exercise and I am asking about the trainers to use a normal bike on it because appears that the ergonomics (posture) of the bikes are better than the cheap exercise machines.

 Cheers

a bicycle on an indoor trainer, it replicates a bicycle, the position and the cyclinc muscles, which more of a work out than sitting on seat and moving legs (core / trunk muscles)

they are not too expensive easier, of course teh cheaper ones are more simple, the more expensives can do more, I beleivet aht you can race your mates when they are all linked up and replicate road rides as - depends how much money you want to spend

a cheap cycle machine is just that

Thank you mate for your inputs, I will have a look the trainers and a bike because the exercise machines that I have tested so far are not very good regarding posture.
 Cheers
