Sorry mate don't really know. If you mean the front parker lights then they are your standard bayonet single pin. They are also sold by the above company I believe.

Why not use green LED's ?

LED's are sold in pairs so buy 3 pairs, use 5 and keep 1 spare. :-)
Be sure to buy the white ones as the built in green lens in the dials muddies up the other colours... I did try removing the green cap out of my voltmeter but detroyed it in the process, hence why I have a different voltmeter at the end of the video! :(

Technically you probably could use green led's... but the luminous intensity of green led's is 11.9 lumens compared to the white ones which are 29.6 Lumens. I'd expect by the time the green led light passes through the green filter you will have lost some light. Though if you manage to carefully remove the inbuilt green caps from behind the instruments it shouldn't pose a problem.

I originally planned on taking out all the caps and using red led's (16.2 Lumens). I did that with my voltmeter and it was quite a stunning red!... but I unfortunately destroyed the voltmeter while trying to remove the green inbuilt cap.. :( Hence I recommend just leaving the instruments as they are and using the higher intensity white led's!

do you recon you could make a kit for a td5, 2004,,im trying to find out whats needed but yer,,, confusing my self:D,,
