    CHIEF's 1986 110 isuzu restoration & turbo/intercooler install

    hello everyone

lets start at the begining shal we

    before anything has been done

they looked fine but still going to put new pads in

by this stage i have bead blasted my brake drums ready to give them a spray job

time to refurbish the original console because the standard defender one didnt fit straight in so i thought that fixing up the old one was best

electrics needed some tidy up so i decided to convert some circuits to spade fuse rather than the old tube fuses

i then decided that since the 3bolt steering box was leaking and needed attention i splurged out and bought a new 4bolt steering box to put in

after alot of mucking around trying to get the box in i found the best way was to take of the right hand side engine mount nut and lever the engine o one side just a tad!

after getting everything in where it should be i then needed to put the lines back into the box but found that the fittings on the end of the lines did not quiet fit the 4bolt box
