this is how the HardRange kit comes.
2x lengths of 5mm nylon air tube
2x 5mm to 3mm ''T's''
1x inflation block and fittings
and a few zip ties.
First work out where you want the manual inflation block located, front or rear, i chose front in the engine bay.
mount the block and run the air lines from it towards the SLS compressor.
now remove the cover from the SLS compressor and clean around the air lines with a soft paint brush and or air gun to remove any dirt/dust from entering the system. we need the 2 outside lines in the bank of 3.
next place jack stand under the rear chassis rails, as the bags will drop the rear in the next step.
slowly undo the 2 outside air lines with a 10mm spanner, crack the fittings till you hear air escaping. leave the bags to deflate for 5 min.
once the pressure has been released remove the rear air line, carefull not to loose the small O ring. free the airline and cut the 150-200mm back from its end and insert 1 of the ''T'' fittings. cut the 5mm air hose from the manual inflation block to length and insert it into the ''T'' fitting. screw the airline fitting back into the housing. the 5mm hose should exit towards the center of the vehicle.
repeat for the second air line.

grab a compressor and test both sides. at ride height the bags will show a pressure close to 60psi.
remove the jack stands.
deflate the air bags and re inflate using the SLS compressor, once at ride height check for leaks using sopy water and a spray bottle. over inflate the bags by use of the SLS raise button in the dash and repeat the leak test.
lower to ride height, job done.
cheers phil
