    Ranga's Defender 100 rock sliders

Made some sliders today, using great plans from Weeds (thanks mate!).

Surprisingly easy given the plans were quite detailed, and a fairly straight forward process. Not to mention a father-in-law who's a boiler-maker, that I'm fairly sure could weld in his sleep.

    Photos below (quite big photos):

    Middle and back mount:

    Front mount:

Fitting them up and tacking them into place:

Letting them cook after a quick paint job:

I'll be putting them on tomorrow, so I'll post up some photos of them fitted.

Forgot to mention I'll also be adding tree protectors on after I source the steam-pipe bends.

dont worry about the paint job its only gona get smashed and scratched anyway

looks good,, i trimmed my flears so the slider went the max length, and makes it look neater,

and just a tip, you no how much better and easyer it is to work on a clean car
