I am using a 210mm drop saw with a small tooth blade (aluminium blade).

It gives you a perfectly straight cut every time.

You can not use a metal cut-off saw as aluminium will clog the disc.

For the sheeting I use a circular saw and clamp a straight edge to the timber as a guide to run along.
