Na I originally had the genuine radiator mounts in, but then we needed to space the radiator back to fit the intercooler in. The bottom mounts were spaced back with a bit of flat bar and I cut and shut those mounts (added 40mm) I think it turned out a lot neater than anything else.

I still have the brace bars in place, the intercooler sits behind them and the condenser sits in front of them, just fits with about 4-5mm to spare :p

Do you have a spaced out front grill or a 300 Tdi one?

I have the 300tdi grille, not the spaced one - I'd desperately like to keep it that way too. I'll have to see what kind of space I can manage between rad and brace bars for the condenser and a single fan between the brace bars (probably a thinner one than standard to fit with the grille).

If not, spacing with flat bar looks a good solution :cool:

Finished off the front end this morning. Got a few other things tidied up

Just waiting on the trimmings for my doors so I can fit them out, stuck in Customs apparently :censored:

Engineer is booked in for Tuesday night :D

Finally got it ready for roadworthy, hopefully going in for an inspection end of next week.

I have since put a set of OME springs in the front and it now sits nice and level

Can't put my finger on the reason - might be the colour scheme - but something about it makes it look older even though its super-straight and repainted.

What springs did you end up with on the front, OME 766's (The one's designed for the Isuzu) ??

It's been bugging me that's it's been clean for so long :p

Yeh went with the 766's, interesting thing was they don't have a driver side and passenger side like most brands. If anything it sits a whisker high in the front, but I'm hoping they'll settle with time and a winch
