There are ideas like this out there but they all seem unnecessarily complicated. This one however is not. Take a piece of timber, drill some holes, epoxy the connectors in, paint and you're done.
I ran the charge cable to a hardwired cigarette socket behind the dash. I cut one of the earbud wires off and I wrap it up and place in the ashtray for quick deploy.
