I had a crack at making a bender for the infill piece on the side of the truck cab .
    It needs more work.

I seem to have lost the pins for the sliding windows, so have been having a go at making some.
Some blunt and chipped drill bits of the right diameter have volunteered for the job.
Grind a taper on one end and cut to the required length. Easy.
The first one was too short the second one was too long hopefully the third one will be just right.
Just found this image, he's better on 5" grinder than me.

I'm up to the bailey channels and not having fun.
If im picking up the existing holes with a screw that's big enough to grab, the head is fouling the glass, I'm using countersunk screws and have put a light countersink in the channel but it's not enough.
I'm looking at glueing them down with a few small dabs as there doesn't seem to be load on them otherwise they would have used larger screws.

A trip up to the shops for some small screws.
Nonsense measurement of 4g, the smallest they had, google hole size 7/64 whatever that means. New drill bit and screws, back to it and the 7/64 bit is tooo smalll for the drill chuck.
Wrap with some tape , chuck bites, drill holes, insert tiny screws, holes a bit tight, next drill up holes a bit loose, loads of fun playing with tiny things una confined space with dumb fingers.
    Time to chop some wood
Just checked my post and realised I've put the window with the sticker on backwards, I've had enough of playing with tiny though
