Some 150x3mm rubber sikaflexed to the tray frame as a sort of flare/ mud guard.![]()
Well I found that polyurethane doesn’t stick to rubber.
So traditional quick grip which sort of sticks and some mechanical connections
Attach the cab infill panels
And new LED number plate light mounted and wired through the tray frame![]()

If mud flaps too close to wheels then when reversing off trail they may get pushed against tyre and then ripped off by the wheel.
So you are probably already considering this but add a chain etc to tie flaps back - maybe make the chain adjustable so off road can really pull them back.
Pain to have to redo flaps on each hard trip (been there).
